Gulf Stream Coach Sponsoring 'Hiring Winners' for Young RV Executives

Wed Aug 30, 2017

Fairfax, Va. - A special half-day course for Young RV Executives, “Hiring Winners”, will be presented by David Spader of Spader Business Management on Nov. 7 at Bally’s in Las Vegas.

This unique, professional development opportunity is separate from the RV Dealers International Convention/Expo but co-located for dealer convenience. Thanks to sponsorship by Gulf Stream Coach, Inc., the course will remain affordable for those who register. Space is limited to 50 individuals for $99 each with light breakfast and coffee available to all. In addition, each registrant will receive the ‘Salesperson Interview Toolkit,’ for free, which retails for $195. The course is part of a strategic alliance between the Mike Molino RV Learning Center and Spader Business Management. Register online.

Management guru Peter Drucker once said, “the ability to make good decisions regarding people represents one of the last reliable sources of competitive advantage, since very few organizations are very good at it.” Some studies show that the typical business only hires the best person for the job about 20 percent of the time. Using the Hiring Winners system, dealerships have achieved success rates higher than 80 percent, according to a press release. These dealers have saved thousands of dollars by dramatically reducing their cost of turnover and avoiding the lower performance from bad hires.

“It’s extremely important to support the development of the next generation of RV dealers and dealership managers,” Dan Shea of Gulf Stream Coach Inc says. “We are pleased to be able to sponsor this program for Young RV Executives held in conjunction with the RVDA convention.”

David Spader is one of the lead trainers and consultants for Spader Business Management in the areas of people, culture and strategic development. Spader Business Management has been offering services to improve the productivity, profitability and performance of business in various industries for more than 30 years. It offers management and operations training services; consulting and coaching services, including assessment and implementation services for various business needs; and leadership development programs.

This Young RV Executives event coincides with the 2017 RV Dealers International Convention/Expo, taking place Nov. 6 -10 at Bally’s in Las Vegas. The convention is sponsored by RVDA – The National RV Dealers Association, RVDA of Canada and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.

Gulf Stream Coach, Inc. is based in Nappanee, Indiana, and is one of the nation’s largest privately held RV manufacturers.

The Mike Molino RV Learning Center is supported by dealers, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and other RV industry members who are committed to dealership education and the high levels of customer service that is provided by educated employees. Certification programs, readiness testing, webinars, audio presentations, live workshops and a wide variety of specialty publications are all part of the RV Learning Center’s offerings.

Registrants who sign up for the convention/expo prior to Aug. 31 at discounted rates still have the option to bring additional staff at the rate they locked in over the summer.
