Anchorage, Alaska - Great Alaskan Holidays has been awarded the 2017 Circle of Excellence Award; Recognizing Excellence in Sales and Customer Service, from Winnebago Industries.
The Winnebago Circle of Excellence
Winnebago began presenting the Circle of Excellence award to the best dealerships in North America in 1986. Dealerships such as Great Alaskan Holidays are only recognized after successfully demonstrating they exceeded Winnebago’s expectations in terms of service, customer satisfaction and sales. Winnebago holds its dealerships to the highest of industry standards. Through honoring dealerships such as Great Alaskan Holidays, Winnebago has shown its commitment to providing a higher level of service than other RV manufacturers, according to a press release. A dealership's Circle of Excellence score is based on the four critical categories:
• Purchase and delivery satisfaction
• Customer satisfaction based on a survey six months after purchase
• A marketing and sales assessment evaluating the dealership's sales, stocking levels and more
• A service and parts assessment based on the dealership's parts inventory, warranties, service training, certified technicians and traveling customer care
“Great Alaskan Holidays has been awarded Winnebago’s Circle of Excellence award for the 10th year in a row now,” Director of Marketing Bob Johnson says. “This long string of awards, year after year, continues to validate the level of dedication we have to our employees, our customers and Alaska’s tourism industry, as well as the level of satisfaction each has in Great Alaskan Holidays.”
