Goshen, Ind. – Ordering the correct part for any RV repair can be a challenge. Thanks to a simplified online parts system and catalog with more than 104,000 photos, that challenge has been significantly reduced for Keystone, Dutchmen and CrossRoads RV dealers.
Taking care of the customer is a top priority for Keystone RV, says Keystone Vice President of Service Operations Rick Deisler.
“In order for our dealers to receive the correct part, they need to be able to identify that part,” Deisler says. “Our updated visual catalog makes it almost mistake proof. Dealers can view detailed photos of over 100,000 parts — 99.9 percent of all parts we offer. In addition, many of these parts can be ordered by a floorplan schematic, further taking out the guesswork.”
According to Deisler, Keystone’s visual parts catalog has helped the company raise dealer satisfaction while achieving 97 percent accuracy on orders shipped to dealers.
“With the influx of new RV owners and strong industry growth, we are taking the next steps to deliver an exceptional customer experience,” Deisler says. “Much of this rests with our dealers and our ability to support them. By providing our dealers with the best tools in the industry we can all thrive in today’s robust market. Our visual parts catalog is one of those tools.”
“The floorplan schematics and photos in the Keystone parts catalogs make life easy,” Tacoma RV Center Parts Manager Charles Fesler says. “I’ve been in this business a long time and this is faster and more accurate than anything we have used before. With Keystone’s system, we know we are ordering the right part.”
Keystone recently announced a new “Industry’s Best” 3-Year Limited Structural Warranty on all Keystone, Dutchmen and CrossRoads units manufactured on or after Sept. 1, 2017. The company is increasing the size of its 200-plus service team and adding more than 35,000 square feet of space to accommodate growth.
