Goshen, Ind. -- Dutchmen Manufacturing Inc. has unveiled the Astoria by Aerolite, the company’s all-new half-ton targeted fifth wheel product offering, at Open House, 2017. With the announcement of the Astoria, Dutchmen is set to deliver a fifth wheel that provides highly visible, value-driven standard features.
“At Dutchmen, we are always pushing to lead the way in product innovation, streamlined product offerings and dealer partnerships,” Dutchmen President Troy James says. “The all-new Astoria is yet another example of Dutchmen leading the way through innovative features, floorplans and lighter weight design.”
“With the Astoria, everything comes standard,” Aerolite General Manager Matt Gipson says. “The features and design are timeless, yet forward trending to address the growing demand for a turnkey option by dealers and consumers.”
Some of the key standard features found on the all-new Astoria include:
• One-Touch Automatic Leveling System
• iN-Command Operating System with Remote Bluetooth Connectivity
• Chef’s Showcase Kitchen, Featuring High-Impact Amenities Such as Solid-Surface Countertops and Stainless-Steel Appliances
• Triple Coated Painted Fiberglass Front Cap with LED Lights
• 50-Amp Service Standard with 2nd A/C Prep
• Easy Entry Featuring Aluminum Entry Steps and Friction Hinge Entry Door
“These features aren’t just for show,” Gipson says. “When it comes to the Astoria, it’s not smoke and mirrors. We know that these value-driven features will be used on every camping trip our customers take, so we made sure to deliver them in a way that they can utilize them throughout every trip.”
With the number of features that come standard, the Astoria is set to benefit Dutchmen’s dealer network as much as it will consumers.
“Not only does the Astoria meet the growing demand of our younger audience, it’s also cost-effective for dealers and retail salespeople who will no longer need to ask if a specific option is included,” Gipson says.
Astoria’s offerings are designed to give dealers confidence that it will have the features their customers are asking for most, which allows for a more accommodating purchase experience.
Astoria comes with the recently announced industry-leading, 3-year limited structural warranty, as well as best-in-class owner support and service.
MSRP for the Astoria will range from $34,000 to $49,900.
