RVIA Economic Impact Study

The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association commissioned an Economic Impact Study on the RV industry, released on June 7, 2016. The study found that the RV industry contributes about $49.7 billion in economic output or 0.28 percent of the Gross Domestic Product. Through its production and distribution linkages, the industry impacts firms in 426 of the 440 sectors of the United States economy.

Nationwide, the industry is responsible for 216,170 jobs, both directly and inderectly, creating an economic impact of $37.5 billion. The full study results, along with each individual state and congressional district's economic impact is available on the website by clicking here .

NeXus RV Announces Partnership with Scott's Motor Coach

150272486881652.jpgElkhart, Ind. — NeXus RV, a full line motorhome manufacturer, has announced an agreement with Scott’s Motor Coach of Lakewood, New Jersey, to sell and service its full line of NeXus RV products.

“Dave and Claude have done a really nice job of creating unique product features which will help us increase our gross margin,” Scott’s Motor Coach General Manager Walter Hynes says. “Their construction is better than most products in the market today.”

“We have sold to the retail public for over seven years and we are proud to have Scott’s Motor Coach represent our products to retail customers,” NeXus RV President and Co-Founder Dave Middleton says.

NeXus RV builds several brands of motorhomes such as the Bentley Diesel Pusher, the Maybach Gas type A, the Ghost and the Wraith Super Cs, the Phantom type C and the Viper type B-plus. Scott’s Motor Coach has received its first wave of product and are ready to start selling immediately.
