Elkhart, Ind. – At the Elkhart Open House, XLR has announced the immediate availability of the All American Super Suspension on Thunderbolt, Nitro and Hyper Lite fifth wheel and travel trailer brands enabling XLR RV Dealers to immediately upgrade to the latest improvements in RV suspension technology.
“This new suspension proved to be a genuine game changer during extremely challenging durability testing at the Navistar Proving Grounds,” XLR General Manager Brent Stevens says. “Energy transmission into the RV was reduced by 50 to 94 percent depending on test pavement test sections.”
Positive Customer Impact
Many aftermarket customers have already benefited from retro fitting the All American Super Suspension. One of these customers is Debbie and Bob Voigt, owners of a 2014 Thunderbolt, triple axle toy hauler.
“We immediately noticed a huge improvement in ride comfort and braking performance,” the Bob Voigt says. “For the first time, Debbie could relax and rest her head against the head rest without feeling an uncomfortable vibration. Also for the first time, my golf cart and other contents of the RV did not move.”
The All American Super Suspension is a major performance and safety upgrade motivated by customer feedback and is part of XLR’s commitment to deliver the latest tested and proven product improvements, according to a press release.
