RVIA Economic Impact Study

The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association commissioned an Economic Impact Study on the RV industry, released on June 7, 2016. The study found that the RV industry contributes about $49.7 billion in economic output or 0.28 percent of the Gross Domestic Product. Through its production and distribution linkages, the industry impacts firms in 426 of the 440 sectors of the United States economy.

Nationwide, the industry is responsible for 216,170 jobs, both directly and inderectly, creating an economic impact of $37.5 billion. The full study results, along with each individual state and congressional district's economic impact is available on the website by clicking here .

Pacific Coachworks To Display 2018 Models at California RV Show

PERRIS, Calif. – Pacific Coachworks, Inc will have some of its 2018 models on display at the 65th Annual California RV Show in Pomona, which runs from Oct. 6-15.

Mike Thompson’s RV will once again showcase the Sandsport and Powerlite toy haulers and fifth wheels as well as the Econ travel trailer.

“The 2018 models feature new and exciting product innovations both inside and out,” Pacific Coachworks Vice President Jeff Daily says. “We are also introducing our customer VIP Package.”

Pacific Coachworks Marketing Director Sue Willis says the company is most excited about the customer VIP package and is looking forward to the show for the customers’ reactions to it.

RVIA’s 65th Annual California RV Show will be held at the Los Angeles County Fair & Exposition “Fairplex” in Pomona, California. The show will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
