Warsaw City Council on Monday night awarded a request for a personal property tax abatement by Patrick Industries, Inc.

“They expect to spend around a little over $3 million in new equipment and hire; over 100 new employees over the next few years,” City Planner Jeremy Skinner told the Times Union. “Certainly, their request meets all of our guidelines. Keep in mind that for personal property, our only guideline is that they add new equipment or spend a million dollars in personal property.”

The building is located at 1445 Polk Drive.
