The New England RV Dealers Association is partnering with Ally Financial for a legal awareness and compliance dealership training, taking place from Nov. 14-15.
This 2 1/2-hour class will cover everything from advertising/marketing, sales, desking, F&I and after-sale engagement. Dealership members will get a better understanding of how their current day-to-day sales and finance processes can be exposing the dealership to risk.
The training also will include discussions on job duties for each employee and action items for each to ensure that each employee is aware of his or her role in dealership compliance. Trainees can receive Ally’s Equal Credit Opportunity Awareness Certification and the Certificiate of Class Completion.
Each day will feature two classes. While exact locations have not been established, the first date will be in the Hartford, Connecticut/Springfield, Massachusetts area, while the second date will be along 495 North between Marlboro, Massachusetts and the New Hampshire border.
