Shurhold Industries has introduced several products designed to keep RV owners' campers and motorhomes in clean condition.
Interior and exterior RV surfaces are different than those found in a home and often more delicate. Household cleaners, such as dish soap often contain harsh chemicals that can cause damage, even as it gets the job done.
Shurhold has introduced a vehicle-specific soap called Brite Wash that is designed to clean the unit while protecting it against further damage. Safe to use anywhere on board, Brite Wash cuts through dirt, grease and road grime and reduces the need to re-wax and resists water spotting.
While effective, Bleach also can dull gelcoat and fade paint after only a few uses. It changes the color of vinyl, quickly degrades fabrics such as Sunbrella and WeatherMAX and corrode fittings, even stainless steel.
To offer a different solution, Shurhold has introduced SMC Spray, an environmentally friendly alternative that is designed to remove stains and is safe to use on all surfaces, including fiberglass, acrylic, carpet, fabric, rubber, wood and vinyl seating and graphics.
Shurhold also has released Serious Shine, which cleans, polishes and protects surfaces commonly treated with a residential glass cleaner or spray wax.
When an aggressive restoration compound is needed, Shurhold introduces its Buff Magic, which breaks down as it's being used, becoming finer with use, until it's a polishing agent. It removes oxidation, stains, rust and surface scratches.
Just as people protect themselves from harmful UV rays with sunscreen, RVs should be protected from the sun's damaging rays. Shurhold's Pro Polish Wax is designed to offer a similar protection as well as give a shine on the vehicle, according to a company press release.
