One example the company demonstrates is in weight reduction. This has been and will continue to be the key element around which the work done by the R&D team at Tecnoform revolves, according to a press release.

Other major innovations include the following:

New high-end furnishing concept for the RAM promaster

This new furnishing concept for the fastest growing RV segment weighs about 30 percent less than mainstream structures, thanks to a unique fixing system, which, together with the use of ultra-light panels, is expected to become the new benchmark on the market.

This furniture is characterized by the use of the valuable high-gloss decorations and backlit overhead doors that use light as a design element; the solutions designed for the innovative kitchen unit make possible to use spaces in a more effective way, as well as the style characteristics never seen before on RVs.

Backlit overhead doors

Tecnoform has increased the offer of backlit overhead doors by further developing the technological solution presented last year, with a view to offering plug and play solutions, which allow rapid installation of the system by manufacturers.

State-of-the-art tables

A new collection of lightweight tables, resulting from research started in 2016, is presented as a premiere this year. The wooden frame table has been restyled using new materials and color combinations, which enhance this component as a pivotal element for the whole interior design project. The flexibility of shapes and the multifaceted customization possibilities are designed to make it suitable for any type of manufacturer.

Manufacturers of recreational vehicles are focused more on a new generation of clients, younger and with a less traditional approach, who look for new settings, unique and exclusive, that reflects their way of being. In this regard, Tecnoform is offering unique and exclusive solutions with Italian design.

Tecnoform plans to anticipate the trends materials by presenting six styles (two in family, two in trendy and two in classic styles).

Tecnoform can be seen at the show in the Winnebago Horizon, which used Tecnoform's contemporary style and functionality in its type A motorhome segment, according to the press release.

Another example is the Hymer Duo Car which was presented at Dusseldorf CSD 2017. The Duo Car is a vehicle designed and produced by Tecnoform that offers a new kitchen unit with overhead concave doors and stylish decors. The combination of basic colors like black and white and the careful matching of decors and valuable inserts contribute to making a more modern environment, according to the release.
