RVIA Economic Impact Study

The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association commissioned an Economic Impact Study on the RV industry, released on June 7, 2016. The study found that the RV industry contributes about $49.7 billion in economic output or 0.28 percent of the Gross Domestic Product. Through its production and distribution linkages, the industry impacts firms in 426 of the 440 sectors of the United States economy.

Nationwide, the industry is responsible for 216,170 jobs, both directly and inderectly, creating an economic impact of $37.5 billion. The full study results, along with each individual state and congressional district's economic impact is available on the website by clicking here .

RV Learning Center/KPA Announces Webinar on Developing Handbook

According to the announcement, handbooks aren't the most exciting reading material, but they are essential for business communications. The RV Learning Center invites RV dealers to attend the Handbook Know-how webinar to get the scoop on handbooks and how to successfully rollout an amazing handbook.

The webinar will feature the following subjects:

  • What a handbook really needs to be these days

  • Why you should have one

  • What should be in a handbook

Attendees will join Brianna Stashak Thursday, Dec. 7, 12 noon to 1 p.m. EST for this educational webinar. Stashak is a KPA HR Consultant and has more than six years of experience in HR management consulting. Before joining the KPA team, she specialized in healthcare HR. Brianna works closely with KPA clients, ranging from small businesses to large national companies, to successfully implement their KPA HR management system and help them with compliance. She holds a Bachelor's in Workforce Psychology and SHRM-CP certification.
