Goshen Tables Key Agreement in Lippert Development

Thu Jan 18, 2018

The city council tabled a vote util next month on the agreement and on extending utilities to the land, one of several steps needed before the annexation can become official, the articles says.

"It would create a residential donut hole around my home and my home would become worthless overnight," says Diane Yoder, whose property borders the land to be annexed, in the article. "I would rather sell my house and my property than to see my land and house get devoured."
