RVIA Economic Impact Study

The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association commissioned an Economic Impact Study on the RV industry, released on June 7, 2016. The study found that the RV industry contributes about $49.7 billion in economic output or 0.28 percent of the Gross Domestic Product. Through its production and distribution linkages, the industry impacts firms in 426 of the 440 sectors of the United States economy.

Nationwide, the industry is responsible for 216,170 jobs, both directly and inderectly, creating an economic impact of $37.5 billion. The full study results, along with each individual state and congressional district's economic impact is available on the website by clicking here .

RV Learning Center Hosts Webinar on EEO Changes

151561852680247.pngWith owners and managers dealing with numerous changes to federal regulations and laws, the National RV Dealers Association would like to make sure the Employer Information Report, otherwise known as the EEO-1 survey, doesn’t get lost in the shuffle. As such the RV Learning Center and KPA are hosting a free webinar, " Are You Up-to-Speed on the New EEO Changes?," from noon to 1 p.m. EST on Thursday, Feb. 15.

Dealers who attend the webinar will learn:
• Who is required to submit survey data
• What changed
• What data needs to be submitted

The seminar will be hosted by Brianna Stashak, a KPA HR consultant with more than six years of experience in HR management consulting, and Kelly Pinkerton, a KPA HR consultant and former payroll manager at a prominent bank in Ohio.
