MORryde Storage Box Fits into Vacant Manufactured Stair Spaces

Tue Feb 20, 2018

MORryde is introducing the Step Storage Box, a steel storage container that fits into empty space in an RV left by removal of manufactured entry steps. Following aftermarket installation of MORryde StepAbove entry steps or the Lippert Solid Step replacement stairs, removal of the original manufactured steps leaves an empty space under an RV's entry door.

The Step Storage Box bolts into the vacant space, providing 1.5 cubic feet of storage in a durable steel box.

With the MORryde or Lippert replacement step options, "there is no use for the existing fold-out steps, so customers want to do something else with that area. Storage is a premium in trailers, and we decided that a storage box would be a good product for that space,” says Michael Caster, an engineer at MORryde.
