In Indiana, Elkhart County commissioners have given approval for rezoning of a plot of agricultural land in Goshen, on which Keystone RV Company wants to build an outdoor storage lot for RVs. According to the Goshen News, Keystone's rezoning request changes the designation for a 20-acre plot between U.S. 33 and County Road 40 from agricultural to limited manufacturing.
The lot, which is currently vacant, is accessible from land Keystone already owns to the west. The rezoning decision follows an earlier favorable recommendation by the Elkhart County Planning and Development Department.
