Beginning this year, RVIA's "40 Under 40" recognizes 40 individuals younger than 40 who have been nominated by their peers as exemplifying leadership at their company, inspiring others, showing a sense of community, and supporting the industry through their efforts.

Howard started at Horizon Global in 2014 as a public relations specialist and was promoted to public and media relations manager in 2016.

“It’s an honor to be chosen as a leader in the RV industry and to be in the company of so many other innovative and forward-thinking individuals,” Howard says. “This industry has brought so much joy—and innovation—to so many over the years; I’m excited to help shape what comes next."
