Bitimec Sees Spike in Wash-Bots Sales After RVDA Show

Bitemec International, which markets Wash-Bots for RVs, coaches, buses, trains, and even solar panels, reports that after having a great show at RVDA's November show, they've sold 18 machines to RV dealers. By comparison, the company sold only three units to RV dealers in 2017.

"Obviously, dealers are finding a shortage of detailers willing to wield wash brushes 12 feet high, day in, day out," says Bruno Albanesi, company president. "And when they even get someone the wages are higher and the turnover is also very high. So RV dealers have discovered our machines save them a ton of time and money. We have two U.S. dealers with three machines each and one Canadian dealer with eight machines operating."

Bitimec says using one of its Wash-Bots, one man can soap, wash and rinse a 53-foot' trailer in 6 to 8 minutes. Soap is pulverized on the vehicle evenly, minimizing waste and units are offered with electric, diesel and battery power. Battery-powered models can wash up to 30 vehicles one one charge. Wash-Bots feature stainless steel frames, brush-only inclination systems with all wheels on the ground for stability.
