The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association commissioned an Economic Impact Study on the RV industry, released on June 7, 2016. The study found that the RV industry contributes about $49.7 billion in economic output or 0.28 percent of the Gross Domestic Product. Through its production and distribution linkages, the industry impacts firms in 426 of the 440 sectors of the United States economy.
Nationwide, the industry is responsible for 216,170 jobs, both directly and inderectly, creating an economic impact of $37.5 billion. The full study results, along with each individual state and congressional district's economic impact is available on the website by clicking here .

“While we’ve experienced both the ups and downs of the RV industry this year we have been incredibly blessed with lots of positive growth,” says Joe Mullet, President of nuCamp RV of Sugarcreek. “The personal growth of our team and what we’ve been able to produce together is very exciting. We are still ahead of last year’s production.”
Mullet reports that sales for the first half of 2018 are up 36 percent compared to the same period in 2017, according to The Budget Newspaper.
Recent investments include solar power installed by a local company, and the purchase of a CNC Edgebander, the first in all of North America. A total of 3.5 acres of land, adjacent to the current facility, were recently acquired with expansion plans slated for the next 12 to 18 months.
