“This surge in enrollment is largely due to the growth our clients are experiencing, says Randy Sobel, Sobel University president. “They know that in order to retain their professional staff, they need to provide on-going training each year. Our dealers rotate their staff through each winter so their salespeople have the tools to help today’s consumers when the season hits.”

The Comprehensive Sales Course is a 3-5 day bootcamp-style class. Students can expect a challenging eight hours of classroom instruction with homework every night and exams every day. Role playing situations are incorporated to help them sharpen their skills. Dealers have reported a drastic increase in sales volume upon their staff’s successful completion of this class, according to Sobel University.
