The customer service team works with RV owners, dealers and distributors to aid in the correct selection of replacement parts, offer installation advice and assist with general inquiries. The extended hours will let dealers across the continent receive help during their regular business hours.

“An important goal for Icon in 2019 is to help dealers accomplish their own RECT (repair event cycle time) goals,” Icon’s Marketing Manager Jordan Martindale says. “Ensuring a dealer can get expert advice on part selection is a fundamental piece to that.”
