Shurhold Industries introduces Moldaway, an oxygenated cleaner targeting the RV industry that can be used on a wide range of surfaces and removes stains naturally. Moldaway contains no bleach or chlorine, so it can be used on colored vinyl, canvas, plastic, carpeting, interior and exterior cushions, awnings and wood. Shurhold says the product removes mold, mildew, algae, dirt, and food and drink stains without scrubbing.
The supplier describes Moldaway’s use as easy: two teaspoons of the powder mixed thoroughly into a quart of warm water. The solution can then be sponged or brushed onto a cool service. After standing damp with the mixture for 10 minutes, the surface can be rinsed with clean water. For extremely soiled areas, it can soak longer. The solution remains effective for 10 hours.
