On Wednesday, March 13 from 1-1:30 p.m., Jill Nickels, principal of Gensler, a leading collaborative design firm, will review trends in retail design. Current conversations in retail revolve around “the customer experience.”

Nickels is the Gensler Digital Experience Design Leader and a 25-year veteran of the retail industry. She is a frequent speaker on experience trends.

Consumers are demanding a tailored retail experience, and RV dealers and outdoor retailers who attend RVX will have an opportunity to learn from an expert in the field of digital experience, brand strategy, retail and graphic design.
