Investigators continue to look for the cause of the fire that destroyed a Forest River RV plant in Elkhart, Ind., on March 12.
The South Bend Tribune reports that heavy equipment will be moved in next week to remove the roof and debris so investigators can safely continue their probe. The Elkhart fire department, the Indiana state fire marshal, Elkhart police and a private investigator hired by Forest River’s insurance company are month those investigating, the newspaper reports.
Investigators have said little thus far, but say they are examining every possibility.
No one was injured in the fire. The factory produced Vibe and Vibe Extreme towable RVs.
