NTP-STAG has added InterVac Design Corp. to its appliances category.
InterVac produces compact and self-contained central vacuum systems that mount to the wall of homes, garages, RVs or boats. NTP-STAG says InterVac uses high-quality components and precision engineering, and all systems are manufactured in the U.S., ensuring innovative and durable cleaning solutions.
NTP-STAG says the company thoroughly tests every unit before it leaves the factory and stands behind its products with an industry leading six-year warranty. InterVac designs and manufactures several built-in vacuum systems expressly suited for the automotive and RV aftermarkets.
The CS8 Vacuum is the most compact unit offered by InterVac, slipping under seats or inside closets and cabinets. It can be flush- or surface-mounted, giving owners the option to take the vacuum with them if they trade or sell their RV. Flush-mount installation requires only a small cut-out, roughly 11-inch x 6-inch, as well as 6-inch of depth and a location within 5-feet of a 120-amp electrical outlet. The systems can also be surface-mounted on a floor, wall or even upside down underneath a cabinet using the provided installation brackets. Both options come with an expandable 40-foot hose and convenient cleaning hose attachments.
InterVac also offers a more comprehensive built-in vacuum system that features multiple inlets for added utility. The main unit can be surface-mounted on a floor or wall, or recessed in a cabinet, closet or storage area where there’s at least 9-inches of depth. Remote inlet valves can be installed for further versatility and convenience, allowing users to clean both inside and outside the RV.
Compatible with all InterVac central vacuum systems is the company’s VacPort sweeper pan. The remote inlet valve installs in a baseboard and requires only a slight foot-touch to activate. The back of the unit connects straight into the existing vacuum piping, so dirt is merely swept toward the valve and the system removes the mess. It is made from the same durable polycarbonate and backed by a lifetime unbreakable warranty.
