Challenger Door has promoted Michael Reid to operations manager. Reid serves as customer service manager at the supplier for the past three years.
Reid will work with the company’s leadership team to pursue global growth opportunities.
“Michael has definitely earned this spot on our team,” says Challenger Door President Merlin Yoder. “He brings a well-rounded background and a people first mentality that will serve him well in this new position.”
Reid’s previous experience includes customer service, operations, and production. Since joining Challenger six years ago, he has held positions in order entry, parts, and served as warranty and customer service manager.
“It is an honor to serve here, and to work to develop the role of operations manager at Challenger,” Reid says, “and to focus the knowledge that I’ve gained and developed over the last few years in a new direction.”
