The 2019 RV Dealers Convention/Expo will feature a 60-minute session by Meaghan Cooper, director of operations at PowerBDC. The convention/expo is set for Nov. 11-15 at Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas strip.
During her workshop, “What is Your Lead Handling Process Costing You?”, Cooper will demonstrate how a lead should be handled from the start, down to the final stages of the customer’s buying cycle.
Cooper will discuss internet leads generated through the internet, floor traffic, and referrals.
During this workshop, attendees will learn:
• How to engage with their traffic and existing database properly to increase sales without additional marketing expense
• The importance of follow up chains, word tracks, and communication campaigns
• Creativity skills and how to target properly with the right communication resources.
The convention is sponsored by RVDA–The National RV Dealers Association, RVDA of Canada, and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center. The tracked education program includes targeted content on F&I, sales, social media/eMarketing/BDC, fixed operations, rental operations, and general management. In its planning, the convention committee focuses on providing dynamic presentations on the most important relevant and timely topics in the RV industry. The committee strives to offer a program that includes both well-known experts from within the RV industry, as well as new presenters with fresh and thought-provoking ideas from other industries.
