The RV Supplier and Vendor Expo is returning for its second run during the Elkhart Open House. This year the exhibition will be held Sept. 23-26 at the Elkhart Municipal Airport, seven miles west of the RV/MH Hall of Fame, where it set up shop in a tent in 2018.
Organizer Randall Jeremiah describes the site as a “campus” with more than 400,000 square feet of inside and outside display space available. He says the exhibition is ahead of last year’s pace in terms of registered exhibitors and he expects more than 100 companies to participate.
Exhibitors will include suppliers, insurance and financial firms and training companies. Food trucks will also operate at the site during the expo.
“With the Hall of Fame doing their exhibition this year, we decided we needed a place of our own,” Jeremiah says. “The airport will be convenient for dealers who fly into Elkhart. There is lots of space and it will be a nice permanent space for us. We wanted to expand our draw.”
The expo will also offer space to about 10 small- to medium-sized OEMs, Jeremiah says.
“Having space where some of the smaller OEM guys can exhibit in a convenient way will benefit the industry overall,” he says.
