2019 RVIA Economic Impact Study

The new RVs Move America Economic Impact Study, released June 3, 2019 at the annual meeting of RVIA, revealed the RV industry has an overall economic impact on the US economy of $114 billion, supporting nearly 600,000 jobs, contributing more than $32 billion in wages, and paying more than $12 billion in federal, state, and local taxes. The announcement was made by Garry Enyart, RVIA chairman, and Onan/Cummins Director of Mobile Generator Sales & Coach Care.

FixTech Hires Regional Sales Group

155934037660626.pngFixTech, a manufacturer of sealants, adhesives and silicone for boats, RVs and powersport vehicles, has signed with Coatney Sales. The Fremont, Ind.-based manufacturer representative group will market FixTech's professional and consumer products to both original equipment and aftermarket suppliers.

Coatney Sales covers 17 states in the Midwest and Great Lakes regions.

"They have extensive experience in the markets they serve and the technical knowledge to help their customers find the ideal product for the specific application," FixTech Chief Executive Officer Simon Hutchinson says.

The company makes a wide range of adhesive and finishing sealants and epoxies to environmental and quality management standards. It has a warehouse in Raleigh, N.C.
