KZ Recreational Vehicle is restructuring its executive team. Sean Andrews (pictured left) has joined the Thor Industries subsidiary as vice president of service operations.
He’ll oversee all aftermarket operations, including warranty, service repair, parts shipping and customer service. Andrews, of White Pigeon, Michigan, comes to KZ from Heartland RV, where he held leadership roles in both dealer services and operations.
“Sean brings 15 years of industry experience to this new position, and we are excited to have him on board as we continue to focus on customer care,” said President Aram Koltookian.
KZ’s longtime corporate Vice President Delbert Miller (pictured right) has taken on an expanded role as part of the new structure. His focus will include international sales, emerging markets, CKD initiatives and legal affairs. He also oversees safety and OSHA compliance, campus maintenance and capital expansion projects.
“These new leadership roles will allow KZ to best leverage the talents and strengths we possess as an organization,” Koltookian said.
