Sobel University announces its Comprehensive Sales Course class has been extended from a three-day class to a five-day class, scheduled for August 5-9, 2019.
The change was made in response to dealer requests. In previous years the August course was abbreviated to minimize salespeople being away from dealerships during a high-traffic time.
"Dealers are understanding that they cannot afford to let ineffective salespeople continue to burn ups or to have their customers helped by untrained salespeople," Sobel University President Randy Sobel says. "The brutal truth is, you can either fire up your salespeople or wait till the off-season when they are starving and have to fire them."
The August sales course is a boot camp for salespeople and managers at all levels. With five experience levels to choose from, students can expect a challenging eight hours of classroom instruction with nightly homework and daily exams. Students will also role play sales situations to hone their skills.
