RVs Move America Economic Impact Study was released June 3, 2019 at the RVIA annual meeting.

It revealed the RV industry has an overall economic impact on the US economy of $114 billion, supports nearly 600,000 jobs, with more than $32 billion in wages, and pays more than $12 billion in federal, state, and local taxes.

The announcement was made by Garry Enyart, RVIA chairman, and Onan/Cummins Director of Mobile Generator Sales & Coach Care.

RVing in New England Talk Show Tonight

The New England RV Dealers Association (NERVDA) live talk show tonight will feature Jose Moniz and Michelle Fontaine of the Rollin’ on TV show discussing their upcoming coverage of the Elkhart Open House and new reporters who will soon be joining the show.

Other topics to be discussed include the changing demographics of RVers, the younger generations changing desires for camping and the impact they will have on the industry as a whole.

NERVDA Executive Director Bob Zagami will be reporting live from Ohio during this three-week RVing vacation. Avid RVer and reporter, John DiPietro, will be broadcasting from Normandy Farms Family Camping Resort in Foxboro, Mass.

Additionally, new show sponsorship options are now available for vendors who wish to support the RVing in New England show.

Next week's show on July 24 will be broadcast from the Winnebago 50th Anniversary of the Grand National Rally in Forest City, Iowa. Guests will include Winnebago Industries Chairman, CEO and President Mike Happe.
