Daniel Tuller, president of Active RV, in Yuma, Ariz., says that having the option of quickly re-upholstering or replacing RV seats gives dealers a valuable tool in improving customer satisfaction.

“By registering with us as a dealer,” Tuller says, “we can provide priority upholstering and seat covering services and a price discount.”

Active RV offers a full line of custom RV furniture and soft coverings, he says. It also specializes in RV seating re-upholstery and repair services.

Tuller says RV dealers who may discount a sale price to overcome a buyer’s dissatisfaction with seating or furniture appearance can instead offer to have replacements or upgrades installed by Active RV and then take the dealer discount.

Likewise, dealers can offer existing customers seating upgrades and upholstery repairs by shipping seating components to Active RV for priority service.
