Business branding, effective management of younger employees and improving the customer experience will be among the hottest topics discussed at this year’s RV Dealers Convention and Expo in Las Vegas.
Three educational workshops are aimed at providing practical information for improving sales and the dealership business climate, according to the RVDA. The convention and expo, scheduled for Nov. 11-15 at Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip, are co-sponsored by RVDA, RVDA of Canada and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.
Hosted by Gabrielle and Brian Bosché, co-owners of The Millennial Solution consulting firm, the educational workshops will provide practical insights based on their research and experience in helping businesses transform work environments.
In the sales track on Wednesday, Nov. 13, at 2 p.m., the Boschés will present Brand Yourself: Four Secrets of Brilliant Branding. In this session, attendees will learn about the four scalable secrets to effective branding to capture customers, grow market share and engage the workforce.
In the dealer and general manager track on Thursday, Nov. 14, at 2 p.m., the Boschés will present The Science of Managing, Motivating and Retaining Millennials. This workshop will outline seven things needed to retain top talent, a four-step process to never lose an employee again, and how to gain, train and retain qualified talent in the RV industry.
Also taking place in the dealer and GM education track, on Thursday, Nov. 14, at 4:30 p.m., the Boschés will present Winning the Customer Experience in The Digital Age. This session will examine the five mistakes dealers make trying to get more customers, why the customer experience starts on the phone, and real-world strategies dealers can use to turn customers into raving fans.
