For the fifth year in a row, Gulf Stream Coach will sponsor a leadership training course for young executives at the RV Dealers Association Convention and Expo in Las Vegas.
The course is titled People Join People, Not Companies: A Leader’s Impact on Employee Retention and Motivation. It will be presented by Gabrielle and Brian Bosché
The half- day course is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 12, at 8:00 a.m. The cost is $109 and class size is limited to 50 dealer participants. A light breakfast and coffee is included.
Aimed at younger RV dealership executives attending the RVDS convention and expo, the course “will equip attendees with practical skills and provide checklists and solutions to cutting turnover and creating an awesome work environment.”
According to a course description, attendees will learn:
• How to manage their expectations at work
• A four-step process to growing and keeping a great team
• Three key questions to ask your team to keep them longer
• Two reasons why people quit and how to prevent expensive turnover
• Mastering generational leadership styles, and why the difference in definitions often leads to frustration and fallout
Gabrielle and Brian Bosché operate The Millennial Solution, a consulting and training firm specializing in “next‐generation engagement strategies.”
“It is extremely important to support the development of the next generation of RV dealers and dealership managers,” Dan Shea of Gulf Stream Coach says.
The RVDA Young RV Executive initiative focuses on the professional development of younger dealership managers. This event coincides with the 2019 RVDA Convention and Expo, scheduled for Nov. 11-15 at Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas strip. The convention is sponsored by RVDA, RVDA of Canada, and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.
