156562078045311.pngThe global market for off-road vehicle seats will grow by $139 million over the next five years due to increasing interest from recreational riders and adventure tourists. This will drive the market for off-road vehicle seats with a growth forecast at more than 6 percent, according to a new report from researchers at Technavio.

“Materials and components needed to build these off-road vehicles are application-specific,” the report says. For instance, such vehicles require wider seats for stable seating, it says.

Recreational and adventure sports activities such as mountain racing and dirt racing are gaining popularity, which contributes to the growth of the off-road vehicles market. This is credited with fueling the development of the global off-road vehicle seats market.

The report includes an analysis of several companies leading the market, including Bestop, Jason Industries, MasterCraft Safety, Motorsport Aftermarket Group, and Seat Concepts.
