Led by David Martin, of the Mar-Kee Group, the seminar is called Creating an Amazing Customer Experience. It is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept.10.

According to Martin, reports show that 80 percent of companies believe they deliver “super experiences,” while only 8 percent of customers agree. As a result, businesses lose more than $75 billion per year in sales, he says.

“Providing outstanding customer service should be the goal of any company,” Martin says. The workshop will cover 12 ways to impress customers and create an exceptional customer experience, he adds.

Registration and Hershey show schedule information are available here.
