National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC) announces a partnership with tourism technology platform NewBook to provide information on improving efficiency, driving more business and an extended-benefits offer to ARVC members.
As the first company to join ARVC’s Integrated Partnership Program, NewBook is named as the association’s exclusive technology sponsor of ARVCNews and a curriculum creator and facilitator at the National School for RV Park and Campground Management.
Building on the reported success as a sponsor at last year’s Outdoor Hospitality Conference and Expo, NewBook will return as a title sponsor at this year’s event, scheduled for Nov. 4-7 at the Knoxville Convention Center.
“Our industry is changing and NewBook is getting out in front of things with innovative products and ideas,” ARVC President and CEO Paul Bambei says. “This partnership will create great opportunities for our members to grow their businesses as well.”
Established in 2010, NewBook has become a preferred technology platform for thousands of RV park users, Bambei says. NewBook’s latest addition is called NEW.B.I.E, an artificial intelligence chatbot and a centralized guest app, which allow guests to self-manage their stay and access information in real-time and on demand.
As an ARVC Member Benefit Provider, NewBook offers a $250 discount on all setup packages to ARVC members.
