Workhorse Leadership Team

Workhorse Custom Chassis has assembled a management team with considerable automotive and truck industry experience to make sure the company continues its aggressive start-up schedule.
Workhorse recruited a number of heavy hitters from Detroit automakers for key positions.

Anthony T. Castor, III
Appointed President and CEO of The Morgan Group

Charles C. Baum who previously held these positions, will continue to serve as chairman of the board.

Castor will be based in Rye, NY, with responsibilities for guiding The Morgan Group into new areas as well as overseeing its Elkhart, Indiana-based operations.

Castor, 48, brings more than 25 years of comprehensive business experience to the company. Most recently, he was president and chief executive officer of New Jersey based Precision Industrial Corp. where he led a team of executives who doubled the size of the company in approximately two years. Pre-cision Industrial generated a return on investment for shareholders of over 80% in approximately 18 months under Castor's leadership.   

Rich Allen Becomes
Assistant V.P. at Coachmen 

In his new position, Allen's areas of responsiblilty will include media relations, public relations and the research and development of product exposure opportunities. In addition he assumes the responsibility for employee communications and publication of COA World, Coachmen's bi-monthly employee newsletter.

Allen joined Coachmen in 1997, and previously served as Director of Communications.

Rafael Hernandez has joined Thetford/Norcold as Technical Service Representative in the Western U.S. Among the responsibilities for Hernandez, who will be based in Portland, will be to work with manufacturers and to conduct service training seminars involving Thetford sanitation products and Norcold's refrigerators.

Danelle Conley Promoted Danelle Conley  has recently been promoted from General Sales Manager to Director of Sales at Altmans Winnebago. Conley, a 10-year veteran of Altmans will oversee revenue in the sales, service, parts and rental departments of all three Altmans California locations.

Custom Coach Corporation has recently hired Barbara Wayman, APR as Manager of Communications. In the newly created position, Ms. Wayman will oversee the company's public relations, advertising and promotion efforts.

Derek Sell will be selling - as a sales represe  ntative in the North Central Territory for Thetford/ Norcold. Sell will service the company's RV and marine manufacturers, distributors and retailers in Illinois, Minnesota, North and South Dakota and Wisconsin.
