This month business writer Bob Zagami addresses the serious problem of many sales operations — lack of motivation.  Have your sales people read this article and help them pick up the challenge to become self-motivated.  “I’m going to say some of the same things you have probably said to them many times.  I’m not going to say anything they probably haven’t heard before.  Hopefully, when it comes from an outsider, maybe they will listen.”
