Airstream, Inc., received the RVDA Quality Circle awards for motorhome and towable categories during a ceremony at the 2022 RVDA Convention/Expo held Nov. 8 in Las Vegas.
The award marks the 11th consecutive year Airstream has been honored by the RVDA.
“We are honored to achieve the RVDA Quality Circle Award of excellence again in both categories,” Airstream President and CEO Bob Wheeler said. “Our success in the industry can be attributed to our best-in-class dealer network across North America. This award is a true testament to their dedication to quality and service.”
According to the company, the Quality Circle award is a reflection on the continued Airstream’s Five Rivet Dealer Program’s success. The program, which began in 2017, helps Airstream customers find the best sales, service and support when shopping for a new Airstream across the country.
Airstream qualified for the award based on responses gathered in RVDA’s Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey.
RVDA received DSI responses from 539 dealership locations across the U.S. and Canada.
