Camping World Holdings, Inc. is purchasing Ashley Outdoors, a family-owned RV Dealership, in Salem, Alabama.
The deal will close in early 2023.
“This acquisition continues our growth strategy by providing additional service and product excellence to our growing customer base in the Southeast,” Camping World CEO and Chairman Marcus Lemonis said. “Ashley Outdoors has been highly respected in Alabama and Georgia for many years, with their people-minded focus. We look at this acquisition as a unique opportunity to rapidly increase our presence in this market while continuing a strong culture of serving customers top selection and service.”
The dealership joins Camping World’s existing Alabama locations in Calera, Dothan, Anniston and Robertsdale.
The new center will operate under the Camping World brand and offer new and used RVs, outdoor products and Good Sam products and services, the company said.
