In December last year, Camping World and Lordstown Motors announced plans to create electric RVs by this summer, sparking the establishment of an electric facility to ensure national service coverage to Lordstown vehicles.

The first Electric World will be located in Draper, Utah, Camping World announced Thursday. Camping World’s Investor Conference, scheduled this September in Salt Lake City, will provide participants the ability to see an off-site preview and presentation of the Electric World facility at 9 a.m. MST Sept. 15.

Lordstown Motors stated in January that the company is continuing to evaluate service centers in partnership with Camping World.

The companies’ electric RV prototypes are slated to be unveiled this summer. Lordstown stated those plans remain on track as of Jan. 28, with June as the units’ target debut date.

Starting May 1, those interested can view Camping World’s investor conference agenda and scheduling here.
