Cortes Campers Delivers First RV

Cortes Campers 17-ft RV Travel Trailer with its state-of-the-art 17-ft travel trailer design and 100% molded fiberglass construction. The Cortes Campers features its one-of-a-kind Timbren axle-less independent suspension system, top-of-the-line built-in Furrion appliances, and a full kitchen and wet bath.

Cortes Campers LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S. Lighting Group, Inc., shipped its first travel trailer to RV Center Idaho.

RV Center Idaho will introduce the new Cortes Campers to customers and RV dealers in the state. The company has expanded its business with the Cortes Campers brand.

The 17-foot travel trailer features 100% molded fiberglass construction and a one-of-a-kind Timbren axle-less independent suspension system, Furrion appliances, a full kitchen and wet bath.

Anthony Corpora, U.S. Lighting Group’s president and CEO, said the shipment represents at least a year of work from the company.

“This first Cortes Camper shipment represents the culmination of a year’s research and development, planning and a great deal of hard work to ramp up production over the last several quarters,” Corpora said. “We believe we are now in position to accelerate Cortes Campers deliveries through the end of the year and well beyond.”

Corpora said the trailers meet the expected requirements for RVers and include features typically considered upgrades.

“We are offering a highly attractive product at a competitive price and dealers are sharing this view,” Corpora said. “There is an incredible amount of excitement around Cortes Campers, and we are confident this initial delivery will help propel the product to the next level.”

Cortes Campers is scheduled to ship the second camper in the first week in March. The company projects shipping 20 campers per week by the beginning of the fourth quarter 2022. The company signed purchase order agreements with Oregon and Florida dealerships and an international distributor agreement with Pik-A-Dilly RV Centre in Manitoba, Canada.
