Cruiser RV recently launched a new consumer focused website as a continuation of the manufacturer’s rebranding efforts.

Lesley Melvin, marketing director, said the company is excited for the website’s fresh design and content focused on the RV lifestyle.

The manufacturer stated its goal is to deliver a better customer experience for RVers, regardless of where they are in their RVing journey. Website visitors can access the latest product information and how-to videos, frequently asked questions, virtual tours and more.

Additionally, the Cruiser website implemented a lead management and customer experience program. Powered by Rollick and its marketing technology, Aimbase, Cruiser stated its enhanced marketing tools better serve customers pre- and post-sale, as well as Cruiser dealers. Key program components include lead qualification and distribution to local dealers, automated consumer communications, post-sale customer satisfaction surveys, and robust analytics to measure performance across the enterprise.
