Brent Moody has been named vice chairman of Camping World Holdings Inc.
The company’s Board of Directors appointed Moody to the role May 15.
As vice chairman, Moody will work closely with the executive team and the board to support long-term value creation.
Camping World Chairman and CEO Marcus Lemonis said, Brent has been by my side for over 20 years and has played a critical role in helping to define the future and strategic vision of our organization. I am grateful to have him serve as the vice chairman and look forward to his continued contributions to the business, as well as his mentorship and advisory to our next generation of leaders.”
On Thursday, Camping World hosted its annual stockholders meeting. At the meeting, the stockholders approved an amended and restated incentive award plan for board directors. The old plan was set to expire in September 2026; the amended plan runs through early 2035.
Shareholders voted to elect Lemonis, Brian Cassidy and Michael Malone to new three-year terms as board directors. They also voted to approve the executive officers’ compensation and appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the independent public accounting firm. All three votes followed the Camping World board’s recommendations.
