The Elkhart Chamber of Commerce is hosting a two-day OSHA General Industry Safety & Health Program will be held on Feb. 4-5 at the Matterhorn Conference Center at 2041 Cassopolis St. in Elkhart. The training will be from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The 10-hour, two-day course will provide detailed information on how the provisions of OSHA Act must be implemented in the workplace. The 10-hour workshop, free breakfast and lunch both days and a copy of the Introduction to OSHA student handbook are available to members for a fee of $265. Non-members may attend workshop for $365.
Attendees will receive a certificate of completion and a Department of Labor OSHA wallet size completion card. Attendance is limited to 40 participants.
