EXCLUSIVE: Alliance RV Optimistic at Elkhart Extravaganza

Alliance RV executives discussed their 2025 preparations with dealers at the company’s fifth Elkhart Extravaganza appearance.

Alliance RV co-founder Ryan Brady said he was encouraged by the turnout at the annual event.

Brady said, “There is a sense of more optimism out there today than certainly there has been in the last, 12 to 24 months.”

According to Brady, Alliance dealers are exhibiting healthy inventory. With the recent federal tax cut and dealers managing inventory, he said, “the worst really is behind us.”

As market conditions balance out, Brady said the manufacturer will continue to manage its operations, including innovation, customer service, sales support and marketing investments.

This year, Brady said, “dealers are more deliberate on what they are stocking, customers are more deliberate on what they are buying and more research is taking place.”

Brady said dealer attendance has been down compared with previous years.

Alliance co-founder Coley Brady said the event occurs two weeks after the Hershey event in Pennsylvania, where Alliance recorded an “outstanding turn rate.”

He said, “This Open House has been really about just reconfirming our partnerships with our dealer body.”

The manufacturer unveiled Benchmark, Alliance’s first destination trailer, at Elkhart.

Alliance anticipates more growth and increased market share in the coming year.

Regarding Elkhart Extravaganza sales, Ryan Brady said, “I think it is going to be stronger than anticipated for the industry.”
