Forest River unveiled a new e-commerce website, a project that will offer RVers a streamlined shopping experience, new products and “sneak peeks” through the company’s first blog.
The site – ShopForestRiver.com – has been in the works the past 4.5 months, the company stated. Forest River previously had two different e-commerce websites for its Owners Group (FROG) and other accessories. The new project brings the two segments together, with a primary goal to simplify.
“People are excited to embrace the RV lifestyle,” Forest River Accessories Manager Adrienne Pittman said. “We invite our customers to wear their pride on a custom hat or jacket that shows the world they are ready for adventure.”
The site features a range of customizable items, including T-shirts, hats, jackets and camp gear, that can be made-to-order with any Forest River RV brand logo, as well as FROG merchandise. A drop-down menu is available for shoppers to view apparel with customized brand logos, accompanied with various position and color choices.
“The website has been totally redesigned on a secure Shopify platform that is easy to navigate and explore,” Pittman said. “Built with the retail customer in mind, the shop provides owners with a fun way to connect more closely with the brands they have come to love.”
To celebrate the launch, the website is featuring a 10% off promotion ending May 31. Plans are in the works to spotlight featured items and offer additional promotions on a regular basis.
The site will continue to add new items based on customer feedback and ongoing trends, according to Joe Mehl, a Forest River marketing manager.
