Furrion released the Aurora Partial-Sun 2 4K UHD LED outdoor smart TV.
Furrion said the fourth-generation TV introduces several improvements in performance and durability. The company said the Aurora Partial-Sun 2 combines advanced display quality with long-lasting construction. The TV, which is available in 43-, 55- and 65-inch models, is specifically designed for partly sunny outdoor viewing.
The Aurora Partial-Sun 2 TV has a 4K ultra-high-definition display with HDR10. Furrion said the combination produced vibrant colors and sharp contrast.
The TV features a 750-nit brightness rating and anti-glare screen.
Built-in smart capabilities powered by the webOS Hub platform provide direct access to streaming content. The TV integrates RangeXtend external WiFi antennas to improve signal reception when the router is indoors or at a distance.
Furrion said the TV’s IP55-rated housing guards against rain, snow, dust, insects and ultraviolet rays. Its XtremeShield IK09-rated tempered glass protects the screen from potential impacts. The TV operates in temperatures ranging from minus-24 degrees Fahrenheit to 122 degrees, and can be stored in conditions as extreme as minus-27 degrees to 160 degrees.
The TV features a structured bezel design, powder-coated metal construction and is backed by a two-year limited warranty.
